Santa Experience tickets are SOLD OUT for the 4th & 5th December with limited additional tickets now available for our other Magic of Christmas Dates.

  • Christmas Gift is subject to availability and supply chains.
  • Santa Experience tickets are not included in the cost of admission and must be purchased separately for £10 per child, this includes Child Passholders and under 3s.
  • Adults accompanying children taking part in the Santa Experience do not require a Santa Experience Ticket.
  • If you choose to visit us on one of our late night Christmas Starlight Nights a separate admission ticket is NOT required – this is included in the price above.

Colchester Zoo is a full day out the whole family can enjoy! You may need to visit twice to see everything!

Colchester Zoo opens every day from 9.30 am except Christmas Day. Closing times vary according to season.

Please note that the Zoo may close up to 30 minutes prior to the closing time stated depending on the level of trade.
